Istanbul Kültür University adopts the principles of transparency, ethical governance, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption as fundamental components of its institutional management approach. All activities carried out by the university are subject to measurement and evaluation within the framework of the Accountability and Transparency Policy, and the results are shared openly with all stakeholders.
This policy ensures that institutional resources are used effectively, efficiently, and ethically while supporting stakeholder participation, access to information, and institutional accountability in decision-making processes. The university’s financial and administrative operations are conducted in accordance with national regulations through proper record-keeping and audit systems, with continuous improvements made based on audit results.
IKU upholds a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of corruption, conflict of interest, and ethical misconduct, expecting all academic and administrative staff to act in compliance with these principles. Furthermore, through collaboration with public authorities and independent auditing mechanisms, the university continuously strengthens internal transparency, a culture of ethical conduct, and a trust-based working environment.
