Istanbul Kültür University has written policies and procedures in place to ensure effective communication and sustainable collaboration with external local stakeholders. The university signs mutually beneficial protocols with public institutions, municipalities, private sector organizations, non-governmental organizations, and other universities to carry out joint activities in the fields of social contribution, education, research, and employment.

Within the framework of this policy, the expectations, objectives, and responsibilities of both parties are clearly defined in writing for each new collaboration. The cooperation processes are regularly evaluated and updated to ensure that they create value for both the university and its stakeholders.
