Istanbul Kültür University recognizes and supports an independent student union (Student Council) to ensure the active participation of students in university governance processes. The University Student Council operates with the purpose of protecting student rights, developing recommendations to improve the quality of education, and establishing an effective communication bridge between students and the administration.

The Council is represented in the university’s highest decision-making bodies, directly conveying students’ requests, suggestions, and needs to the administration, thereby contributing to institutional governance. In addition, it organizes social, cultural, and academic activities that provide students with development opportunities and contribute to creating a more inclusive university environment.
