Istanbul Kültür University implements a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of harassment, mobbing, and discrimination across the institution. The Disciplinary Board and the Gender Equality Commission play an active role in preventing and reporting potential cases of harassment within the university. These bodies ensure that each case is evaluated impartially and confidentially, and that appropriate sanctions are applied when necessary.
The policy not only focuses on disciplinary measures but also includes preventive awareness activities aimed at fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
Through this policy, Istanbul Kültür University aims to create a safe and supportive academic and working environment, while ensuring that the principles of gender equality, ethics, and human rights are an integral part of the institutional culture.
