Istanbul Kültür University implements structured access support programs to ensure the full and equal participation of students with disabilities in academic and social life. The Disability Support Unit, in collaboration with Kültür Noktası and academic departments, provides mentoring and targeted support mechanisms tailored to the individual needs of students. These supports are offered upon request, and students are informed about them during the admission process and annual orientation programs. For students who submit a request, personalized mentor and buddy (peer support) pairings are arranged to facilitate their academic and social adaptation, while special access supports such as exam accommodations, psychological counseling services, and accessibility planning are also provided.
